Boiler Repair in Pembrokeshire
No heating, no hot water or a boiler showing a fault? Contact Del Brace Plumbing & Heating for local help with gas, LPG and oil boiler repairs across Pembrokeshire.
Gas, LPG and oil boiler repairs
A breakdown needs the right diagnosis. Tell us what has happened, which fuel your boiler uses and whether you are a Priority Service Plan member so we can review your enquiry.
Gas boiler repairs
Help with gas boilers that have stopped working, show a fault code or are not providing heating or hot water as expected. Share the make, model and fault details when you contact us.
LPG boiler repairs
Support for LPG boiler faults in homes using bottled or bulk LPG. Let us know that your boiler runs on LPG so your enquiry includes the correct appliance and fuel information.
Oil boiler repairs
Help with oil-fired boilers, including breakdowns, lockouts and unreliable operation. Tell us the boiler make and model, any warning lights and when the problem started.
Is your boiler letting you down?
Different faults can cause similar symptoms. These are common reasons to request a repair assessment.
No heating or hot water
The boiler is not starting, or your radiators and hot water are not reaching the temperature you expect.
Fault codes or lockouts
A warning, fault code or lockout keeps appearing. Include the exact code or a photograph with your enquiry if possible.
Leaks or pressure problems
You have noticed a leak, recurring pressure loss, unusual noises or a change in how the system runs.
A routine annual service is different from diagnosing a breakdown. If your boiler is faulty, use the repair enquiry option so we can assess what you need.
Request help with your boiler
1. Tell us about the fault
Send your contact details, postcode, boiler fuel type, make and model if known. Explain whether you have heating and hot water, and tell us if you have an active Priority Service Plan.
2. We review your enquiry
We will review the information and contact you about availability and the next steps. Sending the form is an enquiry; it does not confirm an appointment.
3. Agree the next steps
The work needed depends on the fault, the boiler’s condition and parts availability. Ask us about the applicable diagnostic and repair charges when arranging your visit.
Boiler Priority Service Plans
Spread the cost of ongoing annual servicing and have a local company to contact when the covered boiler needs attention.
Gas / LPG Priority Plan
For gas and LPG boilers. Includes annual servicing, service reminders and priority support for the covered appliance, subject to the plan terms.
Oil Priority Plan
For oil-fired boilers. Includes annual servicing, service reminders and priority support for the covered appliance, subject to the plan terms.
What priority support means
- Priority breakdown call-outs for the appliance covered by your plan.
- Attendance within 24 hours wherever possible, rather than a guaranteed arrival time.
- No attendance call-out charge and unlimited qualifying call-outs for the covered appliance.
- Diagnostics, repair work and parts are chargeable. This is a service and maintenance plan, not an insurance policy.
For new members, priority benefits begin after we have completed the initial service, confirmed the system is suitable and your payments are up to date. Pre-existing faults are excluded. If your boiler has already broken down, request a repair first.
How your first service is paid for
Your first service is paid for separately at the normal service price, less any monthly plan payments already collected. Continuing monthly payments then go towards your following annual service and ongoing benefits, subject to the plan terms.
Already a plan member?
Tell us when you contact us so we can check your membership and the appliance covered. The prices above apply to new members from 1 September 2026; existing members retain their previous rate while membership remains active.

Boiler repair FAQs
Do you repair gas, LPG and oil boilers?
Yes, we take repair enquiries for all three fuel types. Include your boiler make and model so we can confirm how we can help.
How much will my boiler repair cost?
Costs depend on the fault, diagnosis, work required and any replacement parts. Contact us with the details rather than booking an annual service for an existing fault.
Can I join a Priority Plan after my boiler breaks down?
A new plan does not cover a pre-existing fault. Request a repair first. Priority benefits begin after the initial service, a suitability check and confirmation that payments are up to date.
Does the plan include free repairs?
No. Qualifying attendance call-out charges are waived, but diagnostics, repairs, further work and parts remain chargeable under the plan terms.
Can you guarantee a same-day repair?
No. Availability, the diagnosis and parts supply affect timing. For qualifying Priority Plan breakdowns, we aim to attend within 24 hours wherever possible; attendance does not guarantee completion of the repair.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Your postcode, contact details, fuel type, boiler make and model if known, any fault code, and whether you have heating and hot water. Please also tell us if you are a Priority Plan member.
